  1. I've always got some little stone in my pocket, often one on each side, that makes me feel good. If there's any difficult situation, sometimes I just touch my stones, a reminder of feeling good. Apart from any metaphysical value of the particular stone, primary value is its beauty to you. That's one bit of beauty in your life that helps you slide through any tangle. As for the audio itself, I found myself looking through my room, finding these beauties at every turn. Way to go!

  2. I did not find the 4 minute audio that was mentioned. There were 2 podcasts available but both were longer and I was just going to listen on break. Pleae let me know where I went wrong finding them. Thanks!

  3. I like the idea of finding some small bit of feeling good and then expanding it-'spinning it, making it magnetic'-I think you said. Nice. I often have felt at a loss to get a toehold to improve my feelings when I'm down or especially when I'm scared. This will help. Great.

  4. @Mwanza: The recording is embedded in this blog post. If you do not see it, it is probably a techno-glitch. It takes about a day for it show up on iTunes. If the blog won't let you hear it, you can check iTunes tomorrow:http://yofa.net/podcast/

    Thanks for your interest!

  5. @Brian: Glad to hear you found this helpful. The trick when you're feeling down or scared is to look for the tiniest shift that you can authentically feel. And then another. And then another.

  6. That was good. It really helped with some major resistance I have been dealing with this week. Thank You!
