Today's YOFA jhe Session 4-26-2008

I did a YOFA jhe
for the list today.

Child-like joy.

That’s the energy that’s bubbling under the surface of our
adult facades.

Today’s session was all about that.

In this month’s “Metaphysics
of Results”
workshop we talked about freeing ourselves up to be more
expressive. It came out of a discussion
of the excerpt I recently sent you from Hilda Charlton’s book.

We were talking about not caring what other people
think. If you’re in the Inner Circle, you can login in and
listen to he recording of that workshop.

It seemed like we hit a nerve. This issue of caring what other people think is huge.

At least it seamed that way to those of us on the call. I’d love your input about this here.

Is your joyful expressiveness inhibited because you care
what other people will think?

Today’s session nourished the joy.

If you see someone walking down the street in a 3-piece
suit, brief case and newspaper in hand, and he suddenly starts skipping, well,
he’s probably on the jhe list.

As a result of this session I expect you to feel a little
freer, maybe sillier, maybe quirkier, definitely happier, definitely more
empowered, and certainly more in tune with who you really are.

If you are focused on achieving financial abundance, today’s
session may rearrange your priorities so that you get more done effortlessly,
delegate more, and take more decisive actions.

If you are focused on your health, today’s session may allow
your muscles to act in more deliberate ways to increase your overall tone and
to allow the muscles that are not being used to relax more fully. This combination of tone, strength, and
relaxation creates optimal health and healing in a system that seeks joyful
harmonious expressiveness.

Thank you for participating in the YOFA jhe Sessions.
