I have been attempting to purchase the silver package via paypal, without success….the clock is ticking. I don’t see another option other than paypal. Is there one? I hope to make sense of it by the deadline! Gretchen

Thanks for your interest in the jhe sessions! I’m sorry you’re having this problem. Others have run into this today, too.
I spoke with PayPal today. Please make sure that when you try to sign up, that you use the same name and address that’s on your credit card billing info.
Also, make sure that you have a credit card associated with your PayPal account.
If this still does not work, you can reach PayPal at 402-935-7733 (they are actually very helpful).
They can look into your account to see why your attempt failed.
