Today’s session focused on the Z-axis as it plays into your relationships.

As a result of today’s session I expect you to be surprised at how much you are moved to hug people. And the ones who you usually hug, your children, your spouse, etc, I expect those hugs to take on a tone you might almost experience as sacred.

These relationships are the richness of your life. Their deep colors may become more intense as a result of today’s session.

If you feel alone most of the time and don’t have people to hug, this may begin to change for you.  And it can begin softly as you find an amazing richness in the kindness of the eyes of the people who you encounter in the grocery store or the shopping mall.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

I always know it is a particularly powerful session when I feel a soft tear in my eye when I get a sense of the depth of your true well-being. Today was one of those days.

The focus of today’s session was on the richness of the Z-axis before you.

The best way to describe this is that it feels like the expansive and loving fertile earth, grandma’s home cooking, solid reliable friendships, and anything else that is deep, warm, and nourishing.

As this richness spreads out before you as your personal Z-axis, it can manifest in many ways. In fact, it can infuse its richness into any activity at all.

It brings heightened sensory awareness and appreciation. Your sense of smell may become surprisingly awake in a way that brings you unusual emotional satisfaction.

Your sense of touch may become more connected with your heart so that you truly feel things when you feel them.

In terms of manifestation, this creates a harvest-type fullness, an overflowing abundance, a colorful wealth of satisfying experience as you move through your days and weeks ahead.

Today’s session brought about a powerful balancing of the 7 chakras, the 3 axes, and the 5 bodies. (For more details about all of that, please refer to "Rooted in the Infinite" http://rootedintheinfinite.com )

As a result of today’s session, I would expect you to feel clearer, more organized, and more energized.

In addition to this broad and global alignment, today’s session focused powerfully on the relationship between the 3rd and 4th chakras.

You can think of this as the relationship between your spiritual heart and your personal power.

The effect of this balancing can be very far reaching because it corrects the place of authority in you and arranges for the ego to act in service of unconditional love. This harmony between your heart and your power wakes up your greatness in a way that can become noticeable to others and feel very satisfying to you.

It puts jets on your generosity and fuels your natural tendency toward love and compassion. What’s unusual here is that the 3rd chakra adds so much raw energy that you may feel invincible in your desire to be of value to others.

The quiet aspect of all this is that your heart feels so supported that, if we could see its face, it would be smiling.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for you today.

Today’s session had a dual focus.

First, the alignment was offered specifically to the cellular level of your physical body.  As each cell finds its alignment with the 3 dimensions in the context of your body, there is greater joy (jhe) expressed in each cell.  That might feel to you like greater vitality and more “juice” flowing through your system. 

The more aligned your cells, the more you feel like you. 

There is a sense of coming home. 

A sense of things being “right.”

Which brings me to the second focus of today’s session.

This one is about you emerging from your shell and being the truly beautiful, unique, talented, being that you truly are. 

An affirmation you can employ to amplify today’s session is: “I am free to be me.”

If you are working with the exercises in “Rooted in the Infinite,” you can include this affirmation in your alignment of each chakra and each axis.  Simply feel the vibration of these words filing each region.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

Today’s session focused on the 3rd chakra for well-being and enhanced physical body jhe. 

If you have a copy of "Rooted in the Infinite" handy, you can read more about that on page 123.   

As a result of this session, I expect you to move toward good-old-fashioned "healing." 

Sometimes this manifests as a lessening of symptoms.  Sometimes the correction happens under the surface in the way the body functions. 

It may show up as a decrease in inflammation in one person and an increase in elimination in another.  It may make one person sleepy and give another person energy.  So how will you recognize the effects of this session?

You can think of it as increased access to your own source of life force.  So whatever might be needed by your system, it might be getting more of it than usual.  And that might feel very very good.  Or it might just feel like something a little unusual is going on.

The thing to be aware of is that it is your body, your third chakra, your alignment, your access, and your response.  If I am doing my job well, it has nothing to do with me.  I am just assisting you in accessing you.  And I consider that an honor and a privilege.

I expect you to feel the results of this session in 3 ways:

1 – Beautiful Heart Energy.

This might show up as a release of tension in your chest. Your heart can release some of its armor as it feels the loving support of your personal power centered in the 3rd chakra. This alignment and merging of energies was so soft and beautiful that I know that your heart was nourished by it. This allows you to more magnificently and spontaneously shine your divine light through your human personality.

2 – Clear Empowerment

This might show up as more ease in making decisions or taking fruitful action. Your power, with the love of your heart humming through it, creates great works. And the funny thing is that it also effortlessly benefits others as it brings you to where you want to go.

3 – Feeling Appreciated by Others

The enhanced harmony between these 2 chakras allows others the space to more openly express their appreciation of you to you. Yummy!

You can work more with this on your own by adapting the exercises in the back of "Rooted in the Infinite" http://rootedintheinfinite.com  to focus on this particular alignment.

By harmonizing your system into greater and greater gratitude, you find many more things to be grateful for.

The vibration of gratitude begins to blow through you like breath through a flute and then something happens that is hard to describe.

The tone of gratitude becomes the song of your life.

Past moments of empowerment and heightened connection to Source break through into your now and act like angels guiding you through current difficulties and leading you back to who you really are.

Sometimes this looks like healing. We are calling it "jhe."
