Today’s session offered a profound purging of pain.

If you feel a brief resurgence of deep harsh memories or even a surprising physical bolt here or there, just let it pass through you.

Give it no significance.

It is on its way out. 

It is waving goodbye to you.

The intention of today’s session felt like this:

The space/time around you has been cleared and organized in such a way that your actions are in tune with the Infinite.

You are in concert with the Divine Plan and your actions weave seamlessly into the cosmic unfolding while standing strong, physical, and upright in this world we live in.

It is the best of you on all planes acting in harmony, all with each other.
