The Journey 2U Membership | Yoga of Alignment

After every YOFA® remote energy session that I do for the members of The Journey 2U, I send an email explaining the focus of that session and letting the members know what results they might experience. (You can find out about these sessions here.)

Here is the email that I wrote to the members today, sharing about the 7/14/2025 session. I’m posting it here to help those who are interested in this sort of awakening and inner alignment process to find The Journey 2U. If you get a feeling of recognition as you read these emails that I post, I hope you feel some comfort and encouragement as you find a reflection of your own inner knowing.

Here is today’s email:

I did a YOFA® jhe Session for you today.

You came into this life with a purpose. But the purpose was not stated in human language. It is a fulfillment of an energy movement. It is a creation of a shape. Or you can think of it as a display of colors. It is more like a dream state, hard to comprehend or explain.

And so no amount of trying really brings you to the fulfillment of your purpose because the trying all happens on the level of human understanding.

So, how do we go about fulfilling our soul’s purpose for this specific incarnation?

First, we trust the wave of impulse that is informed by this purpose.

Second, we let go and allow that wave to move us in the human realm of human concerns. We let the power of the soul’s intention carry us on a display of activity. This is the visible surface activity of the deeper, incomprehensible movement of purpose happening inter-dimensionally within each one of us. It is mostly unconscious. But we feel it. And when we feel that impulse toward the fulfillment of our soul’s purpose moving freely, we feel really really good. That is when you want to dance and sing. You spontaneously ride the wave of joyful expression.

Today’s session supports you in both trusting the wave of impulse that is the movement of your deep knowing of your purpose, and it supports you in letting go and moving with this current so that you are carried joyfully toward the fulfillment of your purpose in this lifetime.

As a result of this session, you might feel more relaxed. Tension dissolves in your body and your mind. You might feel an unexpected sense of happiness. Unconditional happiness. No reason. Nothing has changed, You just feel happy.

In your body, this session supports the meninges (the membranes that cover the brain and spinal cord), in particular the arachnoid.

In your relationships, this session supports your relationship with your own journey. It supports you in respecting your decisions, present and past. It supports you in giving yourself the benefit of the doubt and releasing any harsh judgments that you may have been carrying about yourself (present or past). This has a beneficial effect on all your other relationships. It softens your way of seeing others and awakens compassion in you. It also softens the view that others take when looking at you. It awakens their compassion, too.

In your finances* this session amplifies your sense of integrity and purifies your interactions and exchanges with others so that your financial life is light and joyful.

YOFA® remote energy sessions are not like anything else. That makes them hard to describe. I do these sessions for all members at once. Each person receives the energy of the session in the way that is most meaningful for them personally.

Not everyone can feel the energy but some people do. Either way, these sessions have a beneficial effect.

After every session (10 per month) I send an email describing what the session focused on and what the members might experience as a result of that session.

To Members of The Journey 2U:

I did a YOFA® jhe Session for you today.

This session supports you in feeling good and at home in yourself and less concerned about what other people think about you.

It helps you appreciate and enjoy being the exact, specific person that you are, quirks and all. (I’m assuming you have some 🙂 I sure do!)

This harmonization of your inner and outer worlds leads to a harmonization of your relationships. It also gives you energy as so much of your energy that has been tied up in resistant patterns about yourself becomes available.

In your body* this session brings a feeling of relaxation and relief. If you feel like doing some deep relaxation processes, that will support this session. If the releasing of resistance happens significantly enough, you might even feel relief of pain if you have any.

In your relationships, this session supports harmonious paths. People who want similar things to what you want or who are going in similar direction are attracted to you so that you can have companionship on your journey. These might be friends, business associates, potential romantic partners, or whatever you are looking for or whatever would support you right now.

As you become less concerned with what others think about you, you become more authentic, charismatic, and magnetic.

In your finances** this session supports you in manifesting abundance in ways that don’t make logical sense. At least not given what is known. But you don’t always have to know everything or understand everything in order for it to work for you. If you find yourself benefiting from an unexpected or surprising twist in the road, allow it to guide you further. There might be something there for you that your conscious mind cannot decipher yet.
