As a result of today’s session I expect your face to look brighter. You might actually linger at the mirror for an extra moment just to enjoy the radiance of your inner beauty as it is pouring through your form.

You may feel more organized and more coordinated. It has to do with greater communication between cells. It makes the whole of you into a more well-oiled machine that acts more fully and more spontaneously. Less self-consciously.

Also, your talents may be on the rise. Talent is directly related to alignment.

You may feel this session as a more sure-footedness or as more power in your pelvis as the motor of your walking and as a support of the rest of your torso. It has the same effect as lowering your center of gravity and makes you feel more stable and more resilient.

In a single word, this all translates into empowerment. So, if you are working on "healing" or building empires, if you are attracting a mate or getting out of a relationship, the key here is the light and power that reside right inside of you.

Today’s session brought that light up a notch.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today.

Expect to see many levels of evidence of today’s session.

It begins with your awareness of, and relationship with, the Divine and Infinite Consciousness.

People have unending names for the incomprehensible All. In your religion or on your spiritual path you may have a particular name, form, or aspect that is especially dear to you.

Here, I am talking about your sacred and personal relationship with that which cannot be fully known, what many call God. Whatever you call that infinitely loving presence, that is what I am talking about.

As Infinite Consciousness flows through you at all times, it is the humble job of the jhe sessions to serve your access to who you truly are.

Today’s session will be noticeable as a greater awareness — or an awakening of an awareness — of the scintillating intelligence in all things and all beings. This is the divine consciousness that is everywhere present.

On the physical plane you can notice it mostly as your hand touches your cup or your spoon or the doorknob or your keys. The place where your hand meets with the rest of the world in the most ordinary ways is the beginning of the most profound spiritual awareness.

Regarding your body, there is a bold balancing. As the body comes into a greater awareness of its true nature, pain spontaneously dissolves because it is not part of who you truly are. Pain gradually vanishes as a result of this alignment.

Of course this is a process. Today’s contribution to the big process of the jhe sessions acts on all 3 axes (please refer to Rooted in the Infinite for a full understanding of the 3 axes and how you can support this process in your own meditation.)

I expect you to see value from this session as:

• heightened spiritual awareness
• enhanced physical well-being
• greater and more joyful material abundance
• more awareness of the Divine in each other in your relationships.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today.

There is an old expression about "massaging one’s ego."

It is basically a derogatory thing.

It means to amplify and encourage the self-aggrandizing nature and separate-and-better identity of the individual.

So, just to be clear…that is not what I’m talking about here.

With that said…

Let’s say that today’s session was something like an ego massage.

Let me explain.

(For more background, please refer to chapter 12 of Rooted in the Infinite )

The ego resides in the 3rd chakra.

In its misaligned state, it causes us all kinds of very familiar problems. (I don’t think I need to name them here, do I?)

But what happens when the individual perspective of the ego is in balance and harmony with the rest of the being?

It becomes a magnificent instrument of creativity. It becomes a benefit to all who cross its path.

We might choose not to call it ego at that point, but I am using the word ego as synonymous with the individual human perspective.

Today’s jhe session focused on the 3rd chakra and it was a form of ego massage.

The effects of such a treatment are that your ego becomes:

• more responsive
• more resilient
• more relaxed
• more open
• more accepting of others
• more related to your inner being
• more harmonious with your soul’s intentions
• more in touch with inspiration
• more helpful to others
• more fun

Are you getting the idea?

This might not be a way you are used to using this word and you don’t have to adopt it. I just want you to understand that this 3rd chakra session was focused in this way to turn your ego from troublemaker to something everyone appreciates about you.

As a result of this session I expect you to have more energy. Your voice may have new strength. Your digestion and metabolism may improve if you have problems in those areas.

You may feel a bit fearless-both in terms of feeling courageous in the face of challenges and feeling stable in your self -esteem, for example you are not afraid of being embarrassed or humiliated.

This would be a good time to go for a job interview or theatrical audition. It’s a good time to give a campaign speech or to have a heart to heart talk with someone you need to have a heart to heart talk with. By receiving this session, you’re well balanced and your ego will not get in the way of your communication.

This balancing is also beneficial for any and all physical ailments.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today – including the free list.

As the feeling of the holiday season draws near, I sense a mix of joy and anxiety in the air. Eager anticipation for our childlike sense of the love and generosity and kindness of the season mixed with an adult sense of the pressures of shopping and family and who knows what else.

In an effort to tip the scales of your experience in the direction of the love and joy of the upcoming season, today’s session focused on the knowing that all is well.

This session was like an antidote to anxiety.

A very strong tone of "All is Well" was offered to each chakra in each energy body and the cumulative effect is one of inner peace. Inner peace leads to what we used to call "healing" and brings access to joy.

As a result of this session, I expect you to feel more comfortable in your own skin. Allergic reactions may diminish as well as any type inflammatory problems.

You may suddenly notice the beauty of small things in a way that has been escaping you in all your busyness.

If you find even a small sense of relief, physical or emotional, give it your full acknowledgement and encouragement because it is leading you in the direction you want to go.

This jhe session focused on the deep and satisfying unfolding of the Z-axis.

For a greater understanding of the Z-axis, please read Rooted in the Infinite

I expect you to feel the effect of this session in many ways.

The simplest way to express it is that you feel more like you.

You feel more like you as your foot meets the ground with every step you take.

Your heart feels more like you when you feel your love for your dear ones.

Your voice sounds like more like you when you hear your own words with your heart.

As you move through the next few days, notice a shedding of what is no longer useful in your personality.

Notice a more expansive personality emerging.

Notice you being more truly you as you feel simple sensations like the breeze on your face or the water on your hands as you wash.

Notice your personality being more directly connected to your essence.

Notice your feeling-body filling the empty spaces in your awareness so that you are more awake and more filled with wonder. Things that you typically take for granted seem amazing in this state.

Look for these feelings as they are there for you if you will find them.

Today’s session focused on joyful abundance.

You might call it prosperity.

Sometimes I call it joyful manifestation of the heart’s desires.

It can manifest as new clients, a raise in salary, finding cash in the pocket of a pair of old jeans in the back of your closet, or any other obvious expression of newfound abundance

It can also manifest as an abundance of love and kindness from those who matter to you.

It can manifest as a beautiful meal, abundant in color, flavor, and nutrition. It can manifest as a series of your favorite songs played sequentially on the radio – offering you an abundance of good feelings.

Notice all the signs of abundance as they spring up in your life and offer gratitude for each one.

This is a good time to read the sections on the elements in Rooted n the Infinite. Page 29-34. It will help you understand the relationship between this energy work we are engaged in together and how that turns into physical manifestation.

I expect you to see and feel signs of joyful abundance in many areas of your life as a result of this session.

How you relate to being an individual in a world of others

And much more was the focus of today’s session.

As a result of today’s session, you may feel more deeply connected to your parents and grandparents. Your children may surprise you with a request to visit grandma.

In addition, your energetic relationship to strangers on other continents may seem unusually palpable. The body of humanity in all its forms and incarnations may suddenly feel more literal in its meaning.

And even beyond that, you may begin to feel the transformation of the "egg" as you become more aware of your own infinite nature.

The journey of "enbrightenment" takes many forms and yields many harvests.

Today’s session brings a feeling of knowing that your journey is "worth it."

This session focused on the harmony between the 3rd and 4th chakras.

The 3rd chakra is the home of the ego and the 4th chakra is the home of the heart.

When the power of the solar plexus becomes tuned to the love of the heart, there is no limit to the good that can result.

As a result of this session I expect you to feel something break free. When you think of yourself, you may have habitual ideas that limit your joyful expression. This session will bring more spontaneity and authenticity to your way of being.

The harmonization of the ego transforms it into a powerful instrument of creativity and unique expression.

Write a song, start a company, build a birdbath, begin an autobiography, call your mother, paint a mural, or do something today just because you are you.

Let your heart ride on your beautiful empowerment like an expert rider on a magnificent horse.

I did a high intensity bonus jhe session today for the YOFA jhe Sessions Inner Circle.

This session was an affirmation of your freedom to be a brilliant expression of who you uniquely are.

This was a Y-axis session and it was strong and "thick." (For more about the Y-axis, please refer to chapters 8 and 15 of Rooted in the Infinite   )

Like the trunk of a well-established tree, with rings within rings within rings, the Y-axis (vertical) became broadened, strengthened and vibrant in this session.

As a result of this session you might look better, especially in colors, reflecting their richness in your vibration. You may have more strength and authority in your voice. If you sing, this would be the night to sing the national anthem at the ball game!

All of that is evidence of strong, rich life force running through you.

And while that was accomplished, the intention of this session was more specific than that.

The intention was for your freedom.

Your knowing of your freedom.

Freedom to be you.

That means you being in touch with your magnificent essence

— and feeling inspired to express

— and feeling free to express.
