I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the list tonight.

This session was all about relationships.

It was about keeping your Z-axis relationship awareness firmly rooted in your Y-axis and so rooted in the infinite.  For a full explanation of the meaning of the axes, please consult Rooted in the Infinite.

As a result of tonight’s session you may find yourself more grounded when relating to others.  You are more clear in yourself and less influenced by others (unless you are seeking their influence).

In your harmonious relationships, this may show up as more play, more fun, more energy, more intimacy.

In your difficult relationships, you may see some subtle shifts.  Who knows. Maybe even dramatic shifts.  By shifts, I mean things get better.  The reason is that the more anchored in your essence you are, the less you can be disturbed by someone else.  And the dynamics shift in such a way that a whole new feeling relationship can emerge with the same old person.  And what used to be difficult can become enriching.

If you are working with the exercises in the book, focus on the "joint" where the forward limb of the Z-axis meets the Y-axis at each chakra.  That will augment the effectiveness of tonight’s session.

I did a high intensity YOFA jhe Session for the Inner Circle today.

This session was completely about financial prosperity.

The way that this works is by harmonizing you with money. 

It is a process of bringing your spiritual energy and your relationship with money into such a harmonious vibration that your resistance dissolves.  You can more easily allow the influx of money into your life once that resistance is gone.  This allows the money you have been asking for to show up in your life.

This is the very first time I have done this particular type of session. I’d be very interested to hear how it goes in the next days, weeks, and months.

Alignment for prosperity is like alignment for anything else.  It is about coming into alignment with your inner essence and allowing the abundance of the universe to show up in the way that is best suited to your unique incarnation.

Today’s session had to do with light, color, and vivid living.  There was a particular emphasis on the root chakra. 

You may notice the effects of this session as:

• A sense of lightness in areas of your life that usually feel heavy.
• A heightened appreciation of colors.
• A heightened appreciation of the smell and taste of things.
• You may sense a cleansing.  You may suddenly clean out a closet or throw out things that have been cluttering up your space and clogging up your energy.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the list today – including the free list.

The alignment of energies that the jhe session offers can manifest in so many different ways that I often wonder how it will show up in your life. 

Today’s session had a "walking forward" energy to it.  The Z-axis was prominent in the feet and the forward pace was striding and powerful.  (For more about the meaning of the X,Y, and Z axes, please read Rooted in the Infinite.  You can get the book at http://rootedintheinfinite.com)

This might manifest for you as a strong forward movement in something you are working on.  It might feel like a period of unusual stamina and enjoyment in your work.  Also like piercing through obstacles and an unstoppable type of commitment to success in any venture while maintaining a bright and loving heart in the activity.

This session also focused on the undulating nature of the flow and you may feel this as more physical flexibility than usual as well as more awareness of rhythm in your movements.

Today’s inner alignment was bright and buoyant.  You may feel more bounce in your step and more uplift in your smile as a result of today’s session.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

This was a very balanced session that closed with a special tuning of the fire in the 3rd chakra.

The session had a fluid feel to it in the way that both water and fire have fluid movement.

I’m reminded of the reflection of the sunset on the water.  It’s a mingling of the energies of fire and water and they meet at the point of their fluidity.

As a result of today’s alignment you might feel a sense of quiet – like there is a soft, clear zone around you that has had all thought-noise removed and it is quiet and peaceful and a place where you might find a colorful butterfly dancing around.

Fire is the element of the 3rd chakra and today’s session had the effect of organizing and unifying that fire.  As a result you may find yourself very focused toward getting certain things done. 

Very focused and super effective.

You may suddenly have the drive and stamina that you’ve been lacking to bring some project to completion with thoroughness and integrity.

Probably one you’ve been avoiding.

If you’ve been ill, the organization of the fire in the third chakra promotes physical well being, so you may find a revitalization in your system as result of this session.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

Today’s session was a good clearing and balancing of energy throughout.

There was a particular focus on seeing:

*** Seeing beauty

*** Seeing clearly

*** Seeing love

*** Seeing good

*** Seeing with wisdom

Structurally, there was an emphasis on the area of the 12th thoracic vertebra and its neighbors.  For those of you who don’t speak that language, that ‘s the part of your back just above your low back but not quite at your mid back.

A beautiful strength came into this area and I would look for a spontaneous strengthening of your posture.  If you find yourself walking proud, chest out like a soldier or an opera singer or something, no need to join the army or the opera, (although singing is always a good thing) it’s just the jhe pouring through you and lifting you.  Enjoy it if you tap into it.

I did a high intensity bonus jhe session for the top four levels of the list today.

Wow.

First let me thank those of you who are paying at the top levels for your "high intensity" financial participation in the jhe sessions  Your acknowledgement of the value of these sessions has the potential to bring forward miracles.

I’m feeling that very strongly right now as I sit here, still in the space of the session I just did for you.

The focus of this session was the Z-axis and particularly as it relates to relationships, past and future.

If you are unfamiliar with the attributes of the Z-axis (forward backward directions), please get a copy of Rooted in the Infinite ASAP because it will help you understand the wonderful things you will probably begin to feel as this session takes hold in your experience.

If you’ve read the book, you know that the sound of the Z-axis is oooooh.  (Project your lips and send the sound forward.)  Today’s session wrapped that ooooooh up in love and turned it into smoooooooooooooth sailing.

The words love and smooth, as applied to your past and future relationships, sum up today’s’ bonus session.

Just in case that shorthand is too short for you, let me explain.

Regarding the past:

Today’s session had the effect of smoothing out past relationship as they live in you in your now. 

Whatever you hold in your past regarding relationships, good or bad, got recontextualized in this session. 

You may begin to realize that, really, it was all for love.  The tone of love becomes the dominant reference point in your past relationships.  Your energy becomes smooth.  Old pains melt away.  In the language of the world, this might surface as forgiveness.  We might call it peace.  And believe it or not, it might very well start to feel like love. 

This flow of jhe to your past brings jhe to your now.  That can manifest as a dramatic release of bodily symptoms and a return of vitality, agility, and strength.

Regarding the future:

Today’s session also prepaved love, appreciation, and smooth sailing into your upcoming nows. 

Fluid love filled moments. 

Harmonious relationships. 

The overflow of "smooth love" in your now pours into your next moment and your next and your next.

Once you are relating to others from an abundance of love, your relationships get smooooth. 

I recommend that you spend the next few days imagining that you are on a smoooooth ride on a beautiful day, in perfect weather.  Feel the gentle breeze on your face.  Relax your muscles as if you are assured that everything is going to work out well.  Good things are waiting for you.

Have you ever noticed how effortlessly a tree stands upright?

That vertical core that holds the tree in its majestic posture offers the same unconditional support to you at all times. 

It is the signature of the earth-wide Y-axis (the vertical).

Your personal Y-axis, running through your upright energetic spine, offers you upliftment to the degree that you are in alignment with its vertical intention.

All the jhe sessions focus on the Y-axis (vertical) whether I mention it in my note to you or not.  The Y-axis is always the main focus because it defines the now. 

In addition, today’s session focused on the X-axis.

This promotes harmony in the personal aspect including body and personality.

As a result of today’s session, you might feel calmer and more content.  You might drop some of your rushing and move with more awareness, more care, and more appreciation for the simple pleasures.

If you have "issues" with your body, symptoms, etc, the situation may improve and you may experience some relief as a result of today’s session.  How does that work?  It’s more than I can explain here, but, again, I explain it all in the book.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the list today.

Today’s session brought forward a very full, vibrant, and robust energy.

I found this particularly present at the 3rd chakra at the level of the navel and at the 4th chakra at the level of the heart.

Both energies were strong along the X and Z-axes with a roundish quality to them.  (For more about the meaning for the axes, please consult the book Rooted in the Infinite)

Part of today’s session involved balancing these energies into the 5th chakra at the level of the throat.  The result of that balancing is that you find yourself more expressive of your power and of your love.  If there is something you’ve been having trouble saying, you may suddenly find the perfect words at just the right time — probably without even a moment of planning.

Also, as a result of today’s session, you may feel matters of the heart in a more tender way than usual.  As you look at your children, or your goldfish, or your philodendron, or whoever is the most fortunate recipient of your loving gaze, you might find yourself throbbing with a love that is just a bit beyond the usual.

And as for your plans and projects, they may begin to reveal some new colors that you had not seen in them before.

The bottom line is this. Look for a juicier life experience as a result of today’s jhe session.  Good, flowing jhe.  That’s what I’m sensing.
