I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list tonight.

Have you ever noticed how effortlessly a tree stands upright?

That vertical core that holds the tree in its majestic posture offers the same unconditional support to you at all times. 

It is the signature of the earth-wide Y-axis (the vertical). 

You can find out much more about this in my book Rooted in the Infinite (http://RootedintheInfinite.com).

Your personal Y-axis, running through your upright energetic spine, offers you upliftment to the degree that you are in alignment with its vertical intention.

All the jhe sessions focus on the Y-axis (vertical) whether I mention it in my note to you or not.  The Y-axis is always the main focus because it defines the now. 

In addition, today’s session focused on the X-axis.

This promotes harmony in the personal aspect including body and personality.

As a result of today’s session, you might feel calmer and more content.  You might drop some of your rushing and move with more awareness, more care, and more appreciation for the simple pleasures.

If you have "issues" with your body, symptoms, etc, the situation may improve and you may experience some relief as a result of today’s session.  How does that work?  It’s more than I can explain here, but, again, I explain it all in the book.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the list today – including the free list.

Today’s session focused on the life within your life, the core within you body, the center within your activity.

It also had an emphasis on the Z-axis component of the lower 2 chakras.  (For a full explanation of the relationship between the 3 axes and the body, please read Rooted in the Infinite.  You can get the book at http://RootedintheInfinite.com)

I expect this to have the effect of a smoothing out of the way that you hold your past and your future in you now.  This provides an easing of the path and a happier, freer, more spacious sense of the present.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the list today.

Today’s session brought forward a very full, vibrant, and robust energy.

I found this particularly present at the 3rd chakra at the level of the navel and at the 4th chakra at the level of the heart.

Both energies were strong along the X and Z-axes with a roundish quality to them.  (For more about the meaning for the axes, please consult the book Rooted in the Infinite)

Part of today’s session involved balancing these energies into the 5th chakra at the level of the throat.  The result of that balancing is that you find yourself more expressive of your power and of your love.  If there is something you’ve been having trouble saying, you may suddenly find the perfect words at just the right time — probably without even a moment of planning.

Also, as a result of today’s session, you may feel matters of the heart in a more tender way than usual.  As you look at your children, or your goldfish, or your philodendron, or whoever is the most fortunate recipient of your loving gaze, you might find yourself throbbing with a love that is just a bit beyond the usual.

And as for your plans and projects, they may begin to reveal some new colors that you had not seen in them before.

The bottom line is this. Look for a juicier life experience as a result of today’s jhe session.  Good, flowing jhe.  That’s what I’m sensing.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list tonight.

This was a soft and gentle session that offered a strong, stable alignment.

When the different levels of alignment come together it feels like a well-tuned chord.  Like a gentle choir with years of experience with each other’s voices.  The lines become parallel and perpendicular just where they need to be and the feeling is one of ease and support.

Well, that’s what it feels like to me as the session progresses.

What does this mean to you?

It is always something good.

The metaphysical counterparts of those alignments turn into the details of your life.

And the more precise the alignment, the more wonderful the unfolding.

How extraordinary is that process of manifestation. 

It is the making visible of what is in the ethers, not yet formed.

And as that alignment becomes more established, your manifestations become more pure and more true to your heart’s desire

It is a sacred process of trust.  Trust in the goodness that is always available.

In my previous post I asked for your feelings about the fee structure for the YOFA jhe Sessions.

The overwhelming message is "Keep the sliding scale!" 

And so I will.

Between the blog comments and the many more messages that came to me via email with very similar sentiments, I hear you loud and clear.

Thank you for letting me know how you feel. 

It was looking like a unanimous response for a while. 

But then, there were a few emails that came in expressing some issues with the fee structure.  Since they came in as private emails, I responded to them privately.

After reading all the replies, here are a couple of thoughts I’d like to share about all of it.

==>> To those who expressed feeling "bad" or "cheap" (your words not mine) for selecting the lower payment options:

DON’T!

Those options are there for a reason. 

It is my choice to offer them, and if one of those feels right to you (for whatever reasons), I hope you will accept it with love.

Also, be aware that that is your guidance. 

And that is the "workshop" aspect of the various fees. 

It gives you the opportunity to find what level feels right to you.  I recommend you sort through the clutter of caring what you think other people would think about what you are choosing to pay. 

Wash away your concern about other people’s judgments, and simply see what feels like ice-cream to you.

It really is a good exercise in finding the hum of your essence as it expresses through the specifics of this moment and matching it. 

Like tuning an instrument, when it rings true to the reference tone, it feels good.  When you select the number that matches your inner tone, you smile.

The X-axis promotes jhe in the body and personality.  It is the balancer, the stabilizer, the offerer of rest.

The Z-axis component of today’s session was about moving forward with grace and ease.
