I just did a YOFA jhe Session for the list.

Today’s session was infused with the tenderest aspects of being human. These are the places in your life where your vulnerability is met with love and kindness.  They are most visible in the baby’s relationship with his or her mother or father.

They still live in you in the baby you once were.

I’m sorry if this sounds strange.  Sometimes I find it difficult to explain the feeling I get as I am doing the session.

I think you get the idea.

Today’s session felt like a cosmic hug offered to the softest and most tender aspect of your humanity.

How all this happens in the process of aligning the X, Y, and Z-axes is still a mystery to me. 

But it does. 

It doesn’t seem to care whether or not I understand it at all.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the jhe sessions list today.

As you feel your strengthened alignment today, you may feel some of your armor peel off. 

I’m talking about the invisible and unnecessary armor that may have accumulated around you as a result of the emotional bumps and bruises of a lifetime (or more).

As your alignment becomes more established, your Source becomes clearer to you and the armor reveals itself as more of a hindrance than a help.

And what a beautiful session it was.

Sometimes I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the gift you give me by giving me the privilege of working with you in this way.  Today is one of those days.

You see, by trusting me to serve the expression of your magnificence, you pull forward the best in me.  Thank you.

Today’s session was filled with light and I expect you to have an extra bit of pep in your step.  You may even do a little jig on the way to the car or the subway or wherever you go to get where you are going.

Today’s session also brought forward a purification of the elements as they live in your body and onsciousness. That may manifest as a feeling of greater presence in your body, sharper senses, and more tactile awareness.

One more thing.

It’s about your voice.

Today’s session had an energy that may bring forward the strength and beauty in your voice.  That might mean your actual audible voice or your message in the world.  In either case, your voice becomes more coherent, more rich, and more beautiful.  If you are a singer, perform tonight!
