Yes, you read that right.

At 3 pm Eastern on Wednesday, November 5th, I’m going out on a limb.

I’m gathering up people who are interested in easing the depression they, or someone they love, has been suffering. 

And I’m making what some might consider an outrageous claim.

I have not wanted to do this. In fact I have held off on giving this class for a very long time. But one day, the urge to make this known became so overwhelming that I started organizing this call – to my surprise. This information wants to be told and it seems I am its teller.

What is the claim I’m so urged to make even though I know many may criticize me for this?

I’m claiming that through a process of inner alignment, you can get a noticeable improvement in your emotional state.

No drugs.
 
Not even a conversation about the problem.
 
Just inner alignment.

I’m not promising what people like to call a “cure.” But I am guaranteeing noticeable results: A shift in degree or intensity or something that feels a little bit better. Maybe even a lot better.

Come find out how it works, and see if this rings a bell inside you. It’s a chance for you and I to get together and talk. And as you hear what I’ve got to say, I’m pretty sure you’ll start feeling yourself moving in a direction that can completely change your life.

This is not a quick fix, not even a replacement for other therapies, but a profound shift in the way you relate to the world and your self.

YOFA Healing Meditation: Love

This video meditation offers a fundamental spiritual healing process that can augment any mode of healing and can be added to any regimen. 

Actually, rather than "healing" I prefer the words "joyful harmonious expressiveness" or "jhe."  The movement toward jhe is a movement toward wholeness.

Jhe is the natural state of your body. 

In fact, your body is always moving toward jhe.  This video takes you to joyful harmonious expressiveness (healing) by bringing you to wholeness on the vibration of love. This is the essence of spiritual healing.

No matter what problem you may be experiencing in your body, this simple meditation provides a soothing energy template for profound and thorough jhe (healing).

For best results, do this meditation three times a day:

  • In the morning before getting out of bed.
  • Sometime during the day while watching the video.
  • At night before sleep.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-28-08

As a result of today’s session, I expect you to feel a beneficial cascade of energy flowing in the direction of your value.

It begins with a true appreciation and honoring of your value from deep within you. This is the seed, the first domino, the starting point. Free from conceit or false humility, this awareness of your innate value rings a pure tone of truth.

From there, your value is easily perceived by others. 

The next movement in the wave happens in your personal relationships. Difficulties in relationships may smooth themselves out. You may begin attracting new people in to your life who fulfill desires that have been long in coming.

Following on this wave is the financial wave that comes as your value is perceived by those who employ you or who pay for your goods or services. 

Beginning with an alignment on the subject of your own worth, you set a wave in motion that brings fulfillment in stunning ways.

I’m thrilled to offer these inner alignment sessions to you at this particular time in our economic and political landscape.

It is the perfect time to understand and manifest the truth of deliberate creation. 

Now is the exact time when your alignment becomes most apparent because you maintain your inner peace and your knowing of prosperity regardless of circumstances.

Today’s jhe session highlighted the perfection of your spirit and your prosperous unfolding.  I invite you to welcome all that is in front of you with confidence in your alignment and your essence.  This confidence can come from your participation in the jhe sessions and your own inner alignment practice.

This is also the time to tell others about the jhe session because when there is unrest in the outer world, the inner life becomes the refuge that brings joy, balance, and prosperity.

As a result of this session, I expect you to see the world more clearly.  As if your windows had just been washed, you may see with crystal clarity.

Situations that seemed complex or foggy before may suddenly seem simple and easy to deal with.  Inspired action grows out of this clarity, and with inspired action, anything is possible.

To augment this session, return to Rooted in the Infinite and begin a daily practice of Inner Alignment.

This is a wonderful time to build your inner power and tap into your “vibrational escrow” as Abraham calls it.

Today’s session focused on the Y-axis of the root chakra.

This is a profound location in the energy body and I describe this in great detail in Rooted in the Infinite.

As a result of this session I expect you to have greater harmony between your individual consciousness and Infinite Intelligence.

The way it might show up in your life is in your ability to see the bigger picture and access wisdom when it is needed.  This can relate to your personal issues or your ability to guide others when they seek your advice.

If you are focused on physical healing, this session tends to the root of the energy system that all healing draws from.  This can relate to raising your energy level, adding strength and stability to your body, or to the intelligence that flows through your system in the form of your body’s chemistry or electricity to heal, repair, and balance wherever those actions are needed.

The jhe sessions are not like other systems that prescribe certain treatments for certain problems.  This system of alignment, like chiropractic, tends to your alignment and allows the Intelligence that flows through your system to make the necessary corrections.

And today’s session, by tending to the root, makes a big contribution to that alignment.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-19-08

As a result of this session I expect you to see a sign of greater prosperity.

Seems like a funny promise at this moment when we are hearing so many dismal economic reports in the news. 

But this session is a vibrational reminder of your true nature.

And your true nature is innately prosperous.  Who you truly are is fully aligned with the unending abundance of the Universe of which you are a vital part.

Today’s jhe session tuned you to that truth.  It focused on the Z-axis for the purpose of lining you up to receive the abundance that you have been asking for.

(To understand how the alignment of the Z-axis promotes prosperity, please read Rooted in the Infinite.)

You may experience this session as found money (cash in a jacket packet or the back of a drawer), as a surprise check in the mail, or simply as a realization of your personal resources in a way that you have not realized before.

You may feel a greater appreciation of your home, your neighbors, your community, or your view from your home, or the feeling in your home.

As you feel rich in this way, more abundance (of things wanted) comes to you.

I’m so glad you are a part of the jhe sessions because your inner alignment is a direct line to well being and nothing is more powerful than your alignment with your true nature.

I’m so glad you are choosing to let your essence be your key to abundance because it allows you to shine brightly even in what others might call "difficult times."

This was an X-axis focused session for physical healing.

(For more information about how the X-axis helps you manifest well being, please read Rooted in the Infinite.)

As a result of this session I expect you to feel a sense of "All is Well."

This awareness leads to the manifestation of joyful harmonious expressiveness in the functioning of your body.

If you are dealing with a chronic illness, this session can erase patterns and loops that keep the problem in your field.

This clearing effect allows new seeds to be planted and new results to become real in your life.

I recommend boiling your desired physical state down to one or two words and contemplating them deeply.

Also use them as a mantra.

Your energy fiield is clear and fertile now for the suggestion of what is wanted to flourish.

You can augment the benefits of this session by doing the X-axis exercises in the back of Rooted in the Infinite.

If you are not seeking physical healing, this session still strengthens, fortifies, and increases stamina in your body. 

If you want to amplify this session for this purpose, select a word that embodies the feeling you want in your body and use that for your contemplation and mantra.

This session focused on the Z-axis for opening the vortex to the fulfillment of your heart’s desire regarding your work and the activity of your life. 

Whether you are running for political office or you are managing the laundry and the dishes, this session supports you in staying in your truth in each moment and leads you to extraordinary fulfillment.

Inner alignment organizes your energy field for the reception of your desires along all three axes.  (For a full understanding of how desires move along different axes please read Rooted in the Infinite.)

Today’s session focused on the path as it leads you to the fulfillment of your greatness.  It guides you in each now to and through continual expression of your greatness.

Regardless of circumstances, you are more keenly tuned to how your greatness interfaces with each moment and you express in ways that cumulatively become your life’s work, your work of art, your brilliant contribution to the manifestation we call life on earth. 

Every movement of your spirit, from the thoughts in your mind to the work of your hands, touches the All and it reflects back to you.  Today’s alignment supports your most graceful movements of spirit, consistent with the desires of your heart.  The reflection becomes a life of deep satisfaction, love and beauty.

As a result of this session I expect you to see noticeable advancement in your work.  It could be a raise (yes, even in this economy!) or an expansion of your business.  It could be an acknowledgement or praise of your work (your kids tell you they like your cooking or the local newspaper does a story about you.)  If you receive the alignment deeply, this acknowledgement will come sincerely and authentically from you.  It comes in the form of deep acceptance of your journey and love for your dear self.

Today’s session centers you in the Infinite.  It aligns you with your Infinite Consciousness.  This was a Y-axis session. 

As a result of this session I expect you to feel centered and graceful.  This session promotes, dignity, empowerment, and expansive wisdom.

You may notice a shift in your posture as a result of this session. This session can also be seen and felt in your relationships.  This Z-axis component can show up in your ability to see others without judging or blaming.  It opens your vision to the perfection of their essence.

For those working on physical healing, this session is like a cleansing.  I recommend deep relaxation to augment this session for the full functioning of your body.

You can also follow up with the material in session 8 of the practice section of Rooted in the Infinite.
