• If you’ve been troubled by a relationship, this session may show up as an unexpected smile or kind word that melts the ice.

The general feeling associated with today’s session revolves around a mending of your energy field. Like mending a fabric that has been torn, thinned, or disrupted, today’s session moves you toward feeling renewed in whatever way you’ve been feeling worn out.

To best communicate the thrust of this session, I’d like you to think of the sun.

It blazes outward from within its own essence. It lives its truth and expresses itself without inhibition.

Today’s session was all about the place within you that knows its truth. It is the place within you that lives with absolute integrity, dignity, and wholeness. It is inherently fulfilled. We would call it healthy, prosperous, and all other things that we use to measure our lives. But within this "part" of you where you are whole, those words have no meaning because there is no other way to be.

With that place of utter truth within you highlighted, this session went on to clear the channels for its sun-like expression.

As a result of this session I expect you to feel more stable emotionally because you are able to appreciate yourself with all your talents and foibles, all your strengths and weaknesses. This wave of self-acceptance is hugely healing.

Your voice may become louder and more authoritative in a way that is pleasing to others.
If you write, act, speak, sing, play an instrument or even play sports, you may find a new strength in your expression.

Today’s session had a very powerful hum to it.

The focus was the now.

By cultivating the hum of the now in your awareness, amazing things happen.

• Your past rearranges itself – at least it feels that way – so that it lovingly supports all your current goals and ambitions.
• The future takes care of itself in accordance with your most heart-felt desires.
• By tuning yourself to the now your life becomes full, rich, satisfying, and true.
• Healing can only happen in the now. By cultivating your presence in the now you increase your ability to heal.
• Relationships take their tone from your relationship with yourself in his very moment. The most challenging relationship can transform instantly as you bring yourself into alignment with the now.

For specific instructions on how to do this for yourself, please read "Rooted in the Infinite."

As a result of today’s session I expect you to feel more grounded and clear than you have in a long time.

Things that you have been trying to "make" happen may simply fall into your lap with ease.

The now is your point of creative power and it grows strong from a center of peace. I expect you to feel your creative muscles as a result of this session.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

Today’s session brought harmony to your heart’s past.

With this comes a sense of inner peace and wholeness. It also brings you great power as you step forward from this place of integrity.

As a result of today’s session I expect you to see an unusual glow in your relationships.

Maybe you’ll notice it as a sincere smile or twinkle in the eye, maybe a long needed conversation, maybe a hug. It can come as a long distance phone call or a simple acknowledgement of understanding and appreciation.

This glow of the heart can show itself most clearly in the people in your every day life (friends, family, co-workers). If you are dealing with a body issue, it may show as extra compassion from your health care providers. It may also surprise you in strangers and even those with whom you may have had disharmony in the past.

These are signs of the integration of your heart energy and the shining of your inner light on that area of your life.

The trail of the heart is a song that hums through your every breath and as it is coming into harmony it can show up in many delightful ways.

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

Every once in a while something new reveals itself to me right within the session.

Today was one of those sessions.

It has to do with the relationship between the Y-axis and the personal incarnation.

(For more insight into the Y-axis, please read Chapters 8 and 15 of Rooted in the Infinite.)

Today’s session took this direction as it was revealing itself to me and here is what I expect you to feel as a result.

1 – clear vision – feeling that the lens through which you look at the world got a good washing.

2 – integrated energy- feeling the pure essence of who you are evenly distributed throughout your body, mind, aura, and your complete field of being

3 – sharp focus – feeling the pure uniqueness of your personal incarnation emerging with greater clarity, purpose, and substance than ever before.

This session supports the desires of your heart in all directions because as your individual incarnation finds its core within the divine field, you heal, you love, and you manifest easily and with joy.

Thank you for taking me to a new level of realization on this subject with your inclusion in this session. I cherish your companionship in the jhe sessions.

Today’s session focused on the jhe in your body with a particular emphasis on the X-axis of the thoracic spine and more specifically the area between the shoulder blades.

As a result of today’s session I expect you to have a very deep and refreshing night’s sleep. I expect you to wake up feeling more rested and more "whole" than usual. This is a sign of the jhe at work on a deep level.

This session is particularly beneficial for the energy of the internal organs. You may find yourself breathing more easily and feeling a greater sense of calm.

If you typically have pan in the mid back area, it may disappear completely over the next day or so as a result of today’s session.

Foundation.

This was the focus of today’s session.

As a result today’s session I expect you to feel especially:

• connected to your most profound memories
• supported physically, emotionally and who knows, maybe even financially.

Support can show up in many unusual ways.

It always feels uplifting and welcome.

If you are dealing with a body issue, this support might feel like greater ease, deeper relaxation, and more grounded strength.

If relationships are on your mind, this support might come to you as a shoulder to lean on or a good listener at 3 o’clock in the morning. Someone who is lovingly there when you need them.

Who knows how the Universe will deliver the fruits of this session to you. It might simply be an unusually good night’s sleep supported by your trusty mattress
