 The journey of past suffering can lead you to joy. It can lead you to the fulfillment of your dreams. The suffering that you have experienced in your life is rich with potential. In fact, it carries within it the exact blueprint for the joyful fulfillment of all your heart’s desires.

In the April YOFA “Results” Workshop you’ll be creating a map – a very personal map – that leads you to the joy that is encoded in your past pain.

There is an inter-dimensional shift that occurs when you see the Z-axis journey of your life (your unique timeline) as a simultaneous picture that includes the manifestation. (For a full explanation of the metaphysics of the 3 axes, please refer to Rooted in the Infinite) Your journey becomes deeply meaningful and you recognize that the pain of the past requires a completely different treatment from the pain of the present. And when you apply that treatment, the pain transforms into relief.

We will go through this process step by step in the April “Law of Attraction Gets Results” online workshop. In the recordings, I use the example of wanting a relationship, but you can apply this to anything from the desire for material wealth to the desire for spiritual enlightenment. The process applies to any journey.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 7-30-08

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

Today’s session was focused on your ability to access wisdom even in challenging situations.

We sometimes confuse wisdom with knowledge but they are very different.  Simply sensing the difference is the doorway to wisdom.  (For an expanded distinction, refer to chapter 14 of Rooted in the Infinite.)

It can be easy to access wisdom when you are happy and clear.  But what about when you feel upset, burdened, or challenged physically, emotionally, financially, or in a relationship that is important to you?  Those are the times when wisdom is so valuable and we usually cannot access it in those very moments.  In fact, the upset itself is evidence of our disconnection from our inner knowing.

Today’s jhe session was a cultivation of the wisdom of the body, of the heart, of the elements within you.  Today’s jhe session encourages an alignment within you that "sneaks in" and "undermines your upset."  It brings the peace that comes with wisdom.

You may notice it in your relationships as a deep sense of compassion even if you are the target of someone’s anger.

You may notice this emergence of wisdom in your work as a clear sense of where to place your priorities and what to do next.

It may show up in your body as a feeling of centeredness and slower more careful motions.

If there is an area of your life that is particularly challenging, today’s session may give you some insight into yourself that moves you forward on that subject.

The wisdom that comes through in you is completely unique and so I’m speaking in broad generalities here because it can be so different for everyone that no words can easily describe this.  But when you feel that wisdom come though you it is unmistakable.  It is a rock solid knowing of something that opens the path before you, clears the clouds, and floods ease through your physical presence.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 7-26-08

This was an excellent session.

To sum it up in one word, I would characterize this session as ease.

You may notice the results of this session in several ways:

The ease may show up in your body as a release of deep tissue tension that you have been holding for a very ling time.  When that ease occurs in your structure, the results can be seen physically as increased range of motion, greater flexibility of joints and greater strength in muscles.  You may feel it as a more relaxed and upright posture.  Your posture may spontaneously become more energetically upright.

The emotional counterpart to this ease feels like you greet life with an internal smile. You expect the best and give people the benefit of the doubt.  This soft approach to each new moment of now brings many wonderful surprises.  Fear, worry, anxiety, anger, and depression cannot live in this field.  They disperse and disappear.  And what is left is who you really are, which is always brilliantly joyful.

Since this session begins with where you are, the results you notice will be movement in the direction I have just described.  If you have been struggling and challenged physically and/or emotionally, this session may simply manifest as a peaceful sleep or a moment of noticing beauty in nature.  You can recognize that as a moment of access to greater ease.

I am deeply grateful for the privilege of doing this jhe session for you.
