This recording is here for the members of the YOFA jhe Sessions and anyone else who wants to better understand the power of inner alignment.  This is where spiriutal healing occurs.  Within the energy body, there is a template of alignment which opens you to the fulfillment of all your heart’s desires.

Prosperity: Friendship

 …and as I read it back I tripped over the sound of that but I left it in. I thought you might have felt that little hiccough as you read or listened to me say it so I want to talk to you today about prosperity of relationships – particularly friendships.

We usual think about money at the mention of prosperity but who will you enjoy your money with if you’ve lost al your friends on the  way to your riches?

I want to talk to you today about the treasure of your friends.

Here is what I recommend as a sound investment in your friendships.

Call at least one friend today and do the following:

As they speak, let the vibration of their voice hum in your heart.  Let this feeling linger the way you might swish some sweet nectar in your mouth to savor its goodness.  Listen only lightly to the words and listen deeply to the soul of your friend.  Feel their presence in your energy body and embrace their presence in your heart.

If you really want to get athletic about this, do it once a day with different people. 

If you want to get Olympic about it, do it with strangers.

If you want to get superhero with it, do it with your enemies (I know you don’t have any but you get the point.)

I give more specific instruction about how to do this in Rooted in the Infinite.

So your assignment for today – should you decide to accept it – is to:

  1. Pick a friend – new or old
  2. Call them up
  3. As they speak listen deeply to their voice. Listen with your heart

Why is this in the prosperity section of this blog?  Because your friends become more and more truly valuable to you the more you realize that they are merely pools of love that you can bathe in.  And that is a wealth that has nothing to do with money but it enriches the soul. This is multidimensional prosperity.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-22-08

Today’s session focused on the Y-axis of the root chakra.

This is a profound location in the energy body and I describe this in great detail in Rooted in the Infinite.

As a result of this session I expect you to have greater harmony between your individual consciousness and Infinite Intelligence.

The way it might show up in your life is in your ability to see the bigger picture and access wisdom when it is needed.  This can relate to your personal issues or your ability to guide others when they seek your advice.

If you are focused on physical healing, this session tends to the root of the energy system that all healing draws from.  This can relate to raising your energy level, adding strength and stability to your body, or to the intelligence that flows through your system in the form of your body’s chemistry or electricity to heal, repair, and balance wherever those actions are needed.

The jhe sessions are not like other systems that prescribe certain treatments for certain problems.  This system of alignment, like chiropractic, tends to your alignment and allows the Intelligence that flows through your system to make the necessary corrections.

And today’s session, by tending to the root, makes a big contribution to that alignment.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 8-29-08

On page 133 of Rooted in the Infinite you’ll find "the paradox of desire."

Today’s session centers you in that paradox so that you can live fruitfully in your desires while happy and centered in your now.

This session focused on the second chakra where the Y and Z-axes intersect.  What a powerful place in the energy body!  You can augment the power of this session by doing the exercises in the back of the book.

As a result of this session I expect you to find several different shifts in you.

The first has to due with timing, rhythm, and patterns that happen over time.  These patterns become more evenly rhythmic and more soothing as you come into alignment.

  • For the women on the list, this can mean an alleviation of the symptoms of menstruation and menopause (glad I’m on the list!).
  • For everyone on the list, this session can certainly help you meet your deadlines, find yourself "in the right place at the right time," and find yourself more harmoniously flowing with the passage of time. (And what can be better than that?)

Second, this session supports you in relating optimistically and joyfully with your unfulfilled desires.  In that way it indirectly helps them to manifest.

As I ‘m typing this, it all sounds so vague.  Hmmm.   This really was an intense alignment and I expect you to feel results from it in an unmistakable way.

As for your body, this session supports the energy of your reproductive organs.
