Depression, Gravity, and Your Energetic Spine

 I just read a statistic that 10% of women and 4% of men are taking antidepressants.

I know that for some people, this season that is intended to be joyful can harshly amplify what we call depression.  I say "what we call depression" because I don’t think we’re all calling the same thing "depression."

I have a different take on depression. It has to do with gravity and how it pulls all things down.  And so the antidote becomes clear.  Spirit brings all things up.  And our access to that uplifting energy is in the energetic spine.

That’s a simplified version of it. (The long version is in Rooted in the Infinite.) And by the way, this approach does not conflict with any form of treatment since it is purely natural.

I’m holding out my hand this season. 

Well, my proverbial hand. 

I’m putting forward some (radically) different ways of looking at depression and offering some (energetically) different ways of dealing with it.

Yes, you read that right.

At 3 pm Eastern on Wednesday, November 5th, I’m going out on a limb.

I’m gathering up people who are interested in easing the depression they, or someone they love, has been suffering. 

And I’m making what some might consider an outrageous claim.

I have not wanted to do this. In fact I have held off on giving this class for a very long time. But one day, the urge to make this known became so overwhelming that I started organizing this call – to my surprise. This information wants to be told and it seems I am its teller.

What is the claim I’m so urged to make even though I know many may criticize me for this?

I’m claiming that through a process of inner alignment, you can get a noticeable improvement in your emotional state.

No drugs.
 
Not even a conversation about the problem.
 
Just inner alignment.

I’m not promising what people like to call a “cure.” But I am guaranteeing noticeable results: A shift in degree or intensity or something that feels a little bit better. Maybe even a lot better.

Come find out how it works, and see if this rings a bell inside you. It’s a chance for you and I to get together and talk. And as you hear what I’ve got to say, I’m pretty sure you’ll start feeling yourself moving in a direction that can completely change your life.

This is not a quick fix, not even a replacement for other therapies, but a profound shift in the way you relate to the world and your self.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 6-21-08

This session brings joy to your decision-making. 

This session helps you step out of your habit-based, sometimes self destructive, patterns and brings you to a place of making choices from your inner knowing. 

It bridges your innate magnificence with your daily activities and your choices and actions.

This can manifest in small things like whether or not to eat that cookie. 

It can manifest in larger things like whether or not to marry that person.

More importantly, it manifests in the flow of how you conduct yourself in you life and brings skill in all areas by connecting your personality-consciousness with your Source.

As a result of this session, I expect you to make decisions more quickly and with more clarity.  You may find yourself more easily tapping into your inner knowing and moving forward with authority. 

If you are a teacher, a parent, a coach, a supervisor, a doctor, in political office, or in any other position of leadership, this session will add to your charisma as a leader and will help you to tap into your highest purpose and lead with wisdom, compassion, and power.

I added an extension onto this session today for the Inner Circle.

Inner Circle members,  this extension carried today’s alignment out along the Z-axis for the fulfillment of life long dreams. (For a full explanation of the metaphysics of the 3 axes, plese read Rooted in the Infinite.)

As a result of this part of the session, I expect you to feel unreasonably happy.

Out of that, comes:

  • things given to you
  • things "dropping in your lap"
  • and the feeling of bright sunshine on your projects.

As you get greater clarity with your decision-making, you manifest things with greater ease.  I have the image of you rubbing your eyes (to make sure you are really seeing what you are seeing) in amazement at your new creation.

This is the direction that this session established.

To everyone on the Free, Active, and Inner Circle lists, today’s session was strong and I expect you to see noticeable results.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 5-28-08

Imagine a big eraser.    eraser.gif

Imagine that big eraser erasing your conflict, your pain, and all your yukky states.

Imagine it leaving only the glistening beauty of your unique magnificence.

Your unique magnificence is the un-erasable part of you.  It is your true essence and the reason for your existence.

Today’s session was like a car wash for your essence.  

Now that you’re all shiny and sparkling, you can approach your life spiritually "naked."

I mean that in the most respectful way.  You are released of excess thinking and memories and energetic clutter that would otherwise cover up your light.  Your brilliance is now visible.

When you prepare your meal, or lift your pen, or power up your computer, or do your laundry, with nothing between you and your activity, you are clean, bright, and pure.  This is the very beginning point for physical healing.  It is the first step on the path of prosperity.  This is the place that can instantly transform relationships.  

As a result of today’s session I expect you to sense a shift.  Things in your life that have felt like rocks now feel like marshmallows.

More specifically, you might lose a few pounds, you might clean up a messy part of your home, you might get a haircut, you might reduce a symptom.  This session will cause something unwanted to vanish.  It will clean things up.  How and where in your life? That is unique to your desire.

I love you.  Your unique magnificence is awesome.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 5-15-08

As a result of today’s session I expect you to see an improvement in your physical well being.

This session was attuned to the cellular level and more specifically to the level of the cell membrane.

You may notice this as a general sense of higher energy. It can feel like bounce in your step or a desire to exercise. That is your muscles asking you to use them. They want to do what they were born to do. They love to work and play and they are asking you to take them out for a “drive.” Play some tennis, run around the block, toss a ball around with your kids. If you are ill or weak, you can visualize your favorite physical activity and your muscles will smile from the memory. They will move toward that image in your manifested life.

As the cell membrane becomes vibrationally more robust, many good things happen. You may see a balancing in your physical functioning. If you’ve got something that is abnormally high or low, this type of session helps your body regulate to the normal range. If your emotions have been out of whack, this type of session helps you get grounded in your magnificence and that is an emotion that does not tip very easily.
