How Apparent Problems Dissolve into Nothingness

I did a YOFA jhe Session for you who are on the YOFA jhe list today.

As a result of this session, I expect you to feel noticeably more at home in your body, in your life, and in the broader evolution of you soul.

I also expect things that have felt like major obstacles in some area of your life to begin to dissolve.

The effect of today’s alignment transcends the desires of this lifetime and brings your current awareness into harmony with the desires and intentions that you have set in motion previously.  Even in innumerable past lifetimes.

The effect is one of feeling embraced, swaddled, and loved – especially loved – by your past incarnations.  Like you have this invisible team of "yous" cheering you on, understanding why you do what you do and nurturing your development into the you you desire to be.

The way you may notice this as in an unusual richness in your experience. You may feel things more deeply, see things with more detail, perceive more connections between things, understand things more profoundly, love more purely.  It can feel like the tapestry of your ancient journey is revealing some of its golden threads that let you feel connected with the timeless beauty of your essence.

When you connect a little more than usual, even unconsciously, with the broader design of your soul’s journey, something wonderful happens. 

Things that you have been perceiving as stuck, as unchanging obstacles or solid problems start to reveal their lightness.  They begin to float like bubbles suspended in the air.  They can even begin to pop like bubbles.  And then, they are gone.

The reason this can happen is simple.  The problems never really were solid.  As you come into alignment with your soul’s truth, you see more truly. And what appeared as in impossible to solve problem turns out to be a distortion.  Like a funhouse mirror.  And once your energy field is better aligned, and accurate perception is restored, you see a clear pathway to the solution of what seemed to be an insoluble problem just a moment ago.

Now the question always is, how directly will you feel or manifest the results that I am describing here.

I’m sure there is a range from very obvious, full-blown manifestation to more subtle or even imperceptible changes in the configuration of your energy field.

The jhe Sessions are a cumulative process and so sometimes the sessions are working underground, other times they are at the point of full fruition.

At the very least, I expect you to feel greater, ease, comfort, and a feeling of being lovingly held in spirit.

At the other end of the spectrum, you may have a major breakthrough with something that has been troublesome for you – maybe for a very long time.

However this session shows up in your unique life journey, it is my intention for it to be profoundly beneficial to the experience and expression of the love in your heart.

YOFA Healing Meditation: Love

This video meditation offers a fundamental spiritual healing process that can augment any mode of healing and can be added to any regimen. 

Actually, rather than "healing" I prefer the words "joyful harmonious expressiveness" or "jhe."  The movement toward jhe is a movement toward wholeness.

Jhe is the natural state of your body. 

In fact, your body is always moving toward jhe.  This video takes you to joyful harmonious expressiveness (healing) by bringing you to wholeness on the vibration of love. This is the essence of spiritual healing.

No matter what problem you may be experiencing in your body, this simple meditation provides a soothing energy template for profound and thorough jhe (healing).

For best results, do this meditation three times a day:

  • In the morning before getting out of bed.
  • Sometime during the day while watching the video.
  • At night before sleep.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 9-12-08

This session is helping you manifest your most heartfelt desires.

This session was unusual because the manifestation alignment usually happens along the Z-axis, but today’s session was a Y-axis session.

This is a more advanced concept and if you are reading Rooted in the Infinite I’m sure you can get a sense of how this all works.

And so this session helps you manifest by increasing your ability to:

  • See your desires as fulfilled before they have manifested
  • Feel the fulfillment of your desires as if they were already manifested
  • Have the sense that all is well right now just as it is.
  • And ultimately to create the most soul satisfying manifestation imaginable.

As a result of today’s session, I expect you to feel a shift in your perception of ordinary things. 

  • You may suddenly be more attentive to your environment as you hear yourself saying things like, "Was that sign always there?" or  "Was that roof always green?"
  • You may be more sensitive to the texture of the fabric of your clothing or to the colors of your food. 
  • You may even see the faces of people you know for years in a whole new way.

These are all signs of a deep shift that ultimately leads to profound healing, inner peace, and a very satisfying journey.

This was another very powerful session and I am grateful for the contribution that your energy makes to the perfection of this moment and this session.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 7-16-08

This session focused on the Z-axis and the presence of Love.
(For a full explanation of the Z-axis and its meanings in the body and in consciousness please refer to chapters 7 and 17 in Rooted in the Infinite.)

As a result of this session I expect you to feel a couple of things.

1 – This session revealed Love as the truest aspect of who you are.  When that Love is present and awakened and allowed, colors get richer, life becomes more textured, and your senses open to extra dimensions of perception. 

What I mean by that is not that you develop what is called extra sensory perception, but that your senses become more fully functional and more intelligently integrated so that you feel, understand, and experience more from your senses than before.  This makes life a richer and more satisfying journey.

2 –  This session highlighted Love along your Z-axis.  This creates a resonance of Love in your relationships, your work, your finances, and all aspects of the journey of your life.  It makes love the dominant tone in your relationships. It brings out what you love in your work.  It makes your financial unfolding joyful and in tune with your heart.

If you are an artist of any kind (and who isn’t?) this session may open you to access to whatever you access when you create.  This session may not give you ideas. It is more about awakening you in new ways to:

  • the feel of the brush on the canvas
  • or the place in your body where the music comes from
  • or the energy of the dance that uses your body to show itself. 

It is a tactile, kinesthetic awakening that can bring you to some powerful creativity.

If you are concerned with your body and its well being, this session offers you the template for moving forward with love and leaving the story of struggle in your past.
