Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-25-08

I’m thrilled to offer these inner alignment sessions to you at this particular time in our economic and political landscape.

It is the perfect time to understand and manifest the truth of deliberate creation. 

Now is the exact time when your alignment becomes most apparent because you maintain your inner peace and your knowing of prosperity regardless of circumstances.

Today’s jhe session highlighted the perfection of your spirit and your prosperous unfolding.  I invite you to welcome all that is in front of you with confidence in your alignment and your essence.  This confidence can come from your participation in the jhe sessions and your own inner alignment practice.

This is also the time to tell others about the jhe session because when there is unrest in the outer world, the inner life becomes the refuge that brings joy, balance, and prosperity.

As a result of this session, I expect you to see the world more clearly.  As if your windows had just been washed, you may see with crystal clarity.

Situations that seemed complex or foggy before may suddenly seem simple and easy to deal with.  Inspired action grows out of this clarity, and with inspired action, anything is possible.

To augment this session, return to Rooted in the Infinite and begin a daily practice of Inner Alignment.

This is a wonderful time to build your inner power and tap into your “vibrational escrow” as Abraham calls it.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-19-08

As a result of this session I expect you to see a sign of greater prosperity.

Seems like a funny promise at this moment when we are hearing so many dismal economic reports in the news. 

But this session is a vibrational reminder of your true nature.

And your true nature is innately prosperous.  Who you truly are is fully aligned with the unending abundance of the Universe of which you are a vital part.

Today’s jhe session tuned you to that truth.  It focused on the Z-axis for the purpose of lining you up to receive the abundance that you have been asking for.

(To understand how the alignment of the Z-axis promotes prosperity, please read Rooted in the Infinite.)

You may experience this session as found money (cash in a jacket packet or the back of a drawer), as a surprise check in the mail, or simply as a realization of your personal resources in a way that you have not realized before.

You may feel a greater appreciation of your home, your neighbors, your community, or your view from your home, or the feeling in your home.

As you feel rich in this way, more abundance (of things wanted) comes to you.

I’m so glad you are a part of the jhe sessions because your inner alignment is a direct line to well being and nothing is more powerful than your alignment with your true nature.

I’m so glad you are choosing to let your essence be your key to abundance because it allows you to shine brightly even in what others might call "difficult times."

Money and the Law of Attraction – part 2

 Money and the Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks (and of course Abraham) is recommended reading for the August YOFA "Results" Workshop. If you order(ed) the book but don’t have time to read it all before the workshop, try this:

Randomly open the book (or flip through the table of contents for something that interests you).  Read a few lines.  If they speak to you personally, take them into contemplation for a few minutes.  Steep your consciousness in the message, focusing on the simplicity of that one sentence or paragraph.

Let that good, empowering, affirming, joy-promoting feeling reach every one of your cells and the expansion of your energy field. (This is a form of Affirmative Contemplation.)

Bring the feeling tone of that passage to the workshop.  Whether you share or not on the call, you will contribute a most valuable energy to the group by doing this.

Byron Katie and Law of Attraction: Part 4 – (Money part 2)

In this video you see Byron Katie doing The Work with someone on the subject of money.

As part of the YOFA "Results" Training, I recommend that you do The Work of Byron Katie and begin releasing your resistance about money (and everything else).  It is a deep process of self inquiry and it will take you as far as you are willing to go. The instructions and downloads are all on her website (how generous!) right here.

As your awareness of Law of Attraction expands and matures, you may find that there is a whole new way of manifesting on the horizon.  No surprise there is a paradox at play here.

In the YOFA Results Workshop, people are finding ways to release their resistance to abundance and prosperity.  You might be wondering why or how you would resist prosperity.

Here is how we all do it.

  • We get focused on how much we don’t want what we don’t want.
  • We get fearful of the lack of money.
  • We get angry at those who have money (Especially those for whom it seems effortless.)

All that static creates a barrier.  Just like static blocks you from hearing the music on your radio, static blocks you from receiving the manifestation you are so masterfully creating.

So, if your experience is not one of prosperity, then you can know that you are resisting it.  If it’s noon and the sun is shining and your room is dark, you can know that you’ve got your curtains closed. 

It’s really simple.

The sun is always high in the sky of prosperity. The question is what are you doing with your curtains?

(First step: Forgive yourself, love yourself, know that it’s all perfect right this very moment.)

In this video, Byron Katie takes you on a delightful journey of letting go of your resistance on the subject of money.  Open your curtains and enjoy!

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 7-2-08

As a result of this session I expect you to have what might be a new experience in your heart center.

It is a soft open feeling that changes the way you see things.  The physcialness of the things around you becomes filled with presence and beauty.  The knobs on your dresser, the light reflected in the drinking glass, the stem of an apple, the simplest things take on indescribably beauty when your heart loses its armor.

Today’s session focused on the Y-axis  with emphasis on the heart chakra and forgiveness. (To understand the mystical nature of the Y-axis and the role of the heart chakra in inner alignment, read Rooted in the Infinite.)

An affirmation to augment the power of this session would be, " I forgive and I am forgiven."

This session promotes an awareness of the now.  From this awareness comes all healing, prosperity, loving relationships, and what I like to call jhe.

Your Y-axis alignment is the basis for all other aspects of your inner alignment.  When your Y-axis opens and clears as a result of this alignment, the most obvious sensation is one of lightness and happiness.

  • If you have been ill or depressed, it can feel like a little relief.  
  • If you are involved in a  creative project it feels like inspiration.
  • If you are struggling in a relationship it feels like compassion.
  • If you are stressed financially, the alignment of the Y-axis reminds you of your true well being independent of circumstances.

Prosperity thought/prayer for today

I just received this email today.  I thought you might enjoy Liam’s prayer.

I enjoyed the recent seminar – listened to the recordings and have just about finished reading the Wattles book.  Amazing how that was written so long ago, but then these are eternal principles.  Yesterday I awoke thinking about the recordings, the book, and how it applied to me and wrote down these lines.

Anyone could do this, and I am sure many have.  I just wanted to share it with you, and anyone else who finds it useful.  I am looking forward to the July program.

Here is my thought/prayer for today:

Thank you Lord for this glorious day you have made.
Thank you  for the chance to  make of it  what I will.
May my will and yours be in harmony for the highest good of All that is.
I thank you for all the blessings I have received and for those I am receiving, whether already manifested or in the process of being manifested.
All is as it should be in the eternal now, and all is as it will be if I am open to receive it. I thank you for the opportunity to participate in your creation, and to have the experiences I need to understand how to work in harmony with creation, at every  level. May I always be mindful of this prayer.
