Today’s YOFA jhe Session 01-02-09

This was an unusually intense session and I expect you to notice a few things as a result.

In a general way, you may feel the energy as a lightness:  Like you have springs on your shoes or wings on your heart.

This feeling of energy or lightness, if you happen to feel a hint of it, is a sign that you have resonated powerfully with the alignment.  If you don’t feel it, that’s fine too.

More specifically, today’s session opens a pathway for you to live your life with a continual awakening of the love in your heart.

That translates into the nitty gritty of your life in some interesting ways.

For example:

The handling of money – As you exchange currency with others, write checks, cash and deposit checks, pay for items that you buy, receive cash in your hand from others, all these exchanges of money transform when the heart is awakened in the process.  And so, a few things results from this:

  • Your relationship with the material world becomes beautified. 
  • You awaken to the richness of colors and textures and energy in inanimate things in a way that changes what money and material wealth mean to you. 
  • With a deep sense of appreciation for the material world and it’s energetic depth, you become a magnet for more things that make your heart sing.

Personal Relationships – As you interact with others, having the love in your heart awake and ready to participate in your unconscious word selection and the movement of your physical gestures, your relationships transform – sometimes in subtle ways, sometimes in dramatic ways.

Today’s session also had a harmonizing effect between the heart and the mind.  When those two centers are humming in a balanced and pleasing way, your life feels refreshing and you feel whole.

Of course these sessions are cumulative and the effect is ongoing, but this session was strong enough that I think you will find some specific results that ring true to what I’m talking about here.  You may have already felt it today or it may happen in the next day or two.

I consider it a great privilege to do this session for you and I thank you for you trust in me.

Energy Healing for Depression: 21 Questions Answered

You probably know I like to keep the names of conditions out of the YOFA conversation. 

I hardly even use the word “healing” because of its mixed vibration.

And if you want to talk extreme, I’ll even end a person’s paid subscription to the jhe sessions if they insist on using the medical name for their situation when communicating with me. Am I nuts? Well, that’s beside the point.

The issue here is that the less I know about your “problem” the better equipped I am to help you with it.

So why in the world would I be talking about depression? And not only talking about it, but creating a workshop about it?

I’ve gone back and forth on this one quite a bit, and finally, for some reason, I felt inspired to get the word out about inner alignment to people who consider themselves to be depressed.

I really don’t know why.

All of a sudden, there I was, working on it.

And before I knew it, I was announcing the teleseminar on “Healing Depression. . .”

I pre-recorded the content. I did the action steps as close to perfectly as I could.

 
But…

My vibration must still have been a little screwy because everything went kind of wrong.

Well, that’s all fine with me. 

It’s these scrambled manifestations that help me know what’s off in my vibrational offering.

What does this have to do with you?

I ironed out some of the rough spots in my vibration and I made some more recordings. I sat down and answered 21 of the many questions that came in on the webcast for “Healing Depression through Inner Alignment.”

Invisible Abundance Turns into a Check in the Mail

Until the abundance of the Universe manifests itself for you, it is invisible.

And if you can know it’s there even though you don’t see it yet, you are well on your way to manifesting great things.

The YOFA jhe Sessions are also invisible.  (In fact, they have become even more invisible lately.  You may have noticed that I stopped posting the updates here.  They are now in the private members’ area.)

I’d like you to start to pay way more attention to the invisible.  It’s where everything  you want is until it’s visible.

This is an example of one moment when it popped from invisible to visible for Denise, a member of the jhe sessions.

Here is an excerpt from the last jhe session update:

Financial prosperity is the translation of Universal Abundance into the living of our lives in our human society.  And so I expect to see a spike in your finances as a result of this session.  Whether it is large or small, when you notice it, give thanks for it and know that more is coming.
 
How can I say that with such certainty?

Because the abundance is there and it is about our alignment whether or not we receive it.  So, since this session was so clear and strong, I know that you are sure to feel its energy is some way.  I don’t know how it will manifest for you, but I know it will.

I received an unexpected $400 refund check today that I didn’t know I was even eligible for– I am so grateful!

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-25-08

I’m thrilled to offer these inner alignment sessions to you at this particular time in our economic and political landscape.

It is the perfect time to understand and manifest the truth of deliberate creation. 

Now is the exact time when your alignment becomes most apparent because you maintain your inner peace and your knowing of prosperity regardless of circumstances.

Today’s jhe session highlighted the perfection of your spirit and your prosperous unfolding.  I invite you to welcome all that is in front of you with confidence in your alignment and your essence.  This confidence can come from your participation in the jhe sessions and your own inner alignment practice.

This is also the time to tell others about the jhe session because when there is unrest in the outer world, the inner life becomes the refuge that brings joy, balance, and prosperity.

As a result of this session, I expect you to see the world more clearly.  As if your windows had just been washed, you may see with crystal clarity.

Situations that seemed complex or foggy before may suddenly seem simple and easy to deal with.  Inspired action grows out of this clarity, and with inspired action, anything is possible.

To augment this session, return to Rooted in the Infinite and begin a daily practice of Inner Alignment.

This is a wonderful time to build your inner power and tap into your “vibrational escrow” as Abraham calls it.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 10-19-08

As a result of this session I expect you to see a sign of greater prosperity.

Seems like a funny promise at this moment when we are hearing so many dismal economic reports in the news. 

But this session is a vibrational reminder of your true nature.

And your true nature is innately prosperous.  Who you truly are is fully aligned with the unending abundance of the Universe of which you are a vital part.

Today’s jhe session tuned you to that truth.  It focused on the Z-axis for the purpose of lining you up to receive the abundance that you have been asking for.

(To understand how the alignment of the Z-axis promotes prosperity, please read Rooted in the Infinite.)

You may experience this session as found money (cash in a jacket packet or the back of a drawer), as a surprise check in the mail, or simply as a realization of your personal resources in a way that you have not realized before.

You may feel a greater appreciation of your home, your neighbors, your community, or your view from your home, or the feeling in your home.

As you feel rich in this way, more abundance (of things wanted) comes to you.

I’m so glad you are a part of the jhe sessions because your inner alignment is a direct line to well being and nothing is more powerful than your alignment with your true nature.

I’m so glad you are choosing to let your essence be your key to abundance because it allows you to shine brightly even in what others might call "difficult times."

This session promotes simplicity.

Like the silent green stalk of a vibrant plant, your great innate simplicity was affirmed in this session and with it comes your enormous access to wisdom.

  • Your mind has moments of unusual quiet.
  • Faces look unusually beautiful to you.
  • Everything looks unusually beautiful to you.
  • You meet each activity with presence and full attention. .  . and you see beauty in the things you touch and in your own hands.
    • If you are seeking physical healing, this session supports the state that allows your body to find its true balance and its natural ability to function optimally.
    • If you are seeking harmony in relationships, this session supports the state that makes you "lovable."
    • If you are seeking financial prosperity, this session supports the state that opens you to joyful manifestation.

This session of simplicity, peace, and wisdom is offered with love and appreciation.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 8-6-08

There’s an old Joni Mitchell song that has a line in it that goes something like this:

"You know the times when you impress me most are the times when you don’t try. When you don’t even try."

Do you know that song?

It sums up today’s session and so I guess it popped into my mind as a way to share the focus with you today.

Today’s session has the effect of releasing you from the grip of ego.

I expect you to feel the results of this session in several ways.

  • You may notice a surge of courage in you.  By courage I mean power.  By power I mean access to energy.  Once the negative aspect of the ego begins to thin, your true power becomes available.  Ironically, this is the thing that ego wants and you can’t get to it when the ego is in charge.

 

  • You may also notice yourself freeing up in your willingness to express yourself.  When you are not so concerned with what others think, your light can truly shine. Ironically, the ego wants to shine and yet it blocks your light.

 

  • You may notice a more relaxed beauty in your face.  Ironically, the ego… (you know the rest!)

(For a clear description of what I’m calling the negative aspect of ego, please refer to chapter 12 of Rooted in the Infinite.)

Also, once the ego gets thinner, you can more clearly see, appreciate, and admire the power, expression, and beauty in others.

The simplest awareness you may have of this shift is that you may find yourself smiling for no apparent reason.  Just a small, gentle smile.  That is your spirit rediscovering its buoyancy.

You may find yourself connecting in bright meaningful ways with strangers.  Smiling eye contact and an acknowledgement of your shared moment.  Simple but powerful evidence of a shift.

Those who are very sensitive to these sessions may actually have big creative breakthroughs as a result of this session.  Like removing a ball and chain, when the ego releases, a whole new life is possible for you.

Today’s YOFA jhe Session 6-1-08

As a result of today’s session I expect you to find some space in your life, in your thoughts, and in your environment.

  • It can mean a spontaneous clearing of clutter, allowing you to move through your space with greater freedom and clarity.
  • It can mean a quieting of habitual thought patterns, allowing you to have creative, inspired, and original thoughts.
  • It can mean a quieting of inflammation in the physical body, a reduction in pain, or a release of toxins, allowing your body to function with greater ease and greater healing.

This session focused on the X-axis.  You can augment the benefits of this session by doing the exercises in Session 10 of the Practice Section of Rooted in the Infinite.  This section begins on page 258.
