wakefulness | Yoga of Alignment

I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today.

If you can imagine many inter-dimensional versions of yourself coming into alignment, that would describe the effect of this session.

The power of this type of alignment can be felt in your clarity, and wakefulness.

As a result of this session I expect you to have:

a sense of lightness
heightened senses
a heightened feeling of being alive
a greater ability to communicate
- Your words have great power
- Your gestures are received by others
- Your intention is felt

As you get clearer within yourself and your communication is empowered, life becomes more satisfying.
