I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today.
Silk floating on a gentle breeze.
That’s about the best way I can describe the energy of this session.
If you can picture that, you see the complete absence of resistance and the soft accommodation to the fluctuations of the moment.
That is how I would describe what this session offers to your day.
You may feel this as a space opening around you giving you more freedom to move (like silk on a breeze).
You may feel a little more intoxicated by the roses and little less caught in the thorns. You may take the time to appreciate what is right in front of you for its tender presence rather than stumbling over it to get to whatever it is you are on your way to.
In this releasing of resistance your body has a chance to find its balance and your life has a chance to reveal its beauty.
