I did a YOFA jhe Session for the list today  – including the free list.

Finely polished marble.

Picture the edge of a glistening stone sculpture.

Today’s session honored the dense physical reality. 

And one of the places where our sensory reality makes the physical universe most real to us is at the edges of things. 

We see these boundaries.

We feel the textures. 

We know the difference between the stone sculpture and the air that surrounds it. 

That boundary is the joy of the physical dimension.  The clearer and more unmistakable that line is, the more solidly we experience our world.

Today’s session offered a gathering of diffuse energies to make the definitions of your awareness more distinct, more physical, more beautiful, more satisfying, and more "real."

This can play out for you in a variety of ways.

The space you live in may seem more noticeably three-dimensional to you.  Of course you are always aware of the 3-D world, but now you may see things free standing in space in a way that you are not accustomed to seeing them.   Sort of like the amazing quality of a 3-D movie – only it’s your ordinary world that looks that way.

You may feel "more like yourself."  This is a result of the gathering of energy.

Your senses may be heightened.  For example, common foods may reveal aspects of their flavor that are new to you.  It may seem as though you’ve never tasted them before.

If today you hammer a nail, punch a punching bag, hit a baseball, or slice a carrot, that is where you will feel the most noticeable results of today’s sessions.  At the moment of impact, when you experience the hard edges of things, that is where you will find the most palpable aspect of today’s session.  A surprising delight in feeling the edges of things meet.

But it is somewhere else where you will find the greatest value of this session.

And that is where you become a more brightly colored, more distinct and definitive version of yourself.  Your essence comes more recognizably into form.

Do you want to call it healing?  You can.
