I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today.
If there is something that you are worried about, something that’s got you tied up in knots, today’s session should offer some relief.

When a problem is surrendered, you become light. It feels like the relief of setting down a heavy suitcase or some other burden you’ve been carrying.
Once you let go, you feel the uplift. You want to skip like a child.
As a result of today’s session, I expect you to feel more at peace. You may find your environment cleaning itself up. (Yes, it might borrow your hands to get the job done, but it will seem effortless.)
Also, you can help the intention of today’s session by consciously surrendering your burdens. The popular phrase is “Let go and let God.†Today’s session will help you to do that more deeply and more trustingly.
