I did a YOFA jhe Session for everyone on the jhe list today (including the free list).

Today’s session focused on gratitude.

By harmonizing your system into greater and greater gratitude, you find many more things to be grateful for.

The vibration of gratitude begins to blow through you like breath through a flute and then something happens that is hard to describe.

The tone of gratitude becomes the song of your life.

Past moments of empowerment and heightened connection to Source break through into your now and act like angels guiding you through current difficulties and leading you back to who you really are.

Sometimes this looks like healing. We are calling it "jhe."

Here is something Abraham says about alignment:
"All empowerment is about alignment with who you are and all sense of freedom is about alignment with who you are. And everything else is just fluff."
