I did a YOFA jhe Session for the jhe list today.

Today’s session went particularly deep.

The focus emerged as a profound aligning of the 3rd and 4th chakras.

I expect you to feel the results of this session in 3 ways:

1 – Beautiful Heart Energy.

This might show up as a release of tension in your chest. Your heart can release some of its armor as it feels the loving support of your personal power centered in the 3rd chakra. This alignment and merging of energies was so soft and beautiful that I know that your heart was nourished by it. This allows you to more magnificently and spontaneously shine your divine light through your human personality.

2 – Clear Empowerment

This might show up as more ease in making decisions or taking fruitful action. Your power, with the love of your heart humming through it, creates great works. And the funny thing is that it also effortlessly benefits others as it brings you to where you want to go.

3 – Feeling Appreciated by Others

The enhanced harmony between these 2 chakras allows others the space to more openly express their appreciation of you to you. Yummy!
